Specialty Gas Inc. is a manufacturer of Ultra High Purity Gas cylinder valves, valve connectors, excimer gas, industrial gas etc. It was established in 2022, located in Nantong, China. But the core department already has 20 years experience in the field before it. The factory occupies a 1000 square meter.
After deep research and test for many years, we have grasped the key technology to make our products to be very safe,clean and stable. And all key raw materials are imported from German or France which guarantes a good perfomance on corrosion resistant, purity of gas (to be 99.9999 )and a longer life time. Also relying on our professional and technical experts who have a deep understanding on specialty gas and valves handling for 20 years and an outstanding team behind,we provide not only amazing and qualified products, but also professional analysis solutions for users of gas or chemical companies .
Of course, the quality of products has been tested by many laser companies, and the actual application has also proved that the product has stable energy, long service life, and product quality has reached the international advanced level.
At present, the product has been widely used in Coherent Inc and Zeiss. Company (Carl Zeiss AG), Niedek Corporation, ASML, WaveLight, Visx, Bausch & lomb surgical, Eriris, Asclepion-Mdeitec, Summit, LaserSight and other companies on the lithography equipment.
The lead time can be shortened to about 10 to 15 days for some types of valves and gases as we have pre-made the key components in advance.
